A: You should put the pointer of your mouse onto the small video miniature of YouTube site. After the pointer becomes "

", you can drag it into our program interface. After releasing your mouse, our program will show you certain detail instructions to help you finish the downloading and conversion step by step.
Q2: I found that some small video miniature on YouTube site can not be dragged. I put my mouse on one of the miniatures and drag it while my mouse pointer becomes "

". But after I release my mouse in your program, I get a notice which said that the URL is invalid and I can not download the video. Why?
A: We have noticed that some special URL link offered by YouTube can not be dragged and downloaded as we mentioned in the Q1 above directly. For those videos, you must copy the concrete URL link letters shown on the right part of the playback window. And then in our program, click the "New" button to start downloading and conversion. The URL link letters that you have copied will be shown in the following dialog-box automatically.
Q3: Where is my output file? It should be in certain output folder the program set before the downloading. But what is it and how can I know where the output folder is?
A: After you drag a URL into our program or click "New" button, you are allowed to select where to save the output files in the following dialog-box. It is shown as "Save to". You can enter the output path manually into the corresponding place or you can use the "Browse" button to set where to save the output files.
Q4: What does "File Info" button do?
A: It is designed to show the main properties information of the final output file. After the downloading and conversion is done, highlight the task in the program list and then click this button. The information of the corresponding output file will be shown in the following dialog-box.
Q5: How to set the number of the task that could be running at one time?
A: The program supports to download and convert several files at one time, and you can set the number of the tasks that could be running at one time. To do this, click "Tools > Settings", and then set the value in the "Maximum simultaneous tasks" drop list.
Q6: After the downloading is done, I get a MP4 file. But it is not what I want. How can I select other output formats?
A: After you drag a URL into our program or click "New" button, you are allowed to select what the output format is in the following dialog-box. It is shown as "Save as" and is a drop-list, from where you can select the output format you want.
Q7: I hope that the output file is in the exact name that I wish after the conversion is done. Can I rename the output file before starting the conversion job?
A: After you drag a URL into our program or click "New" button, you are allowed to set what the output file name is in the following dialog-box. It is shown as "Rename". To active it, you must uncheck the option above it, "Use default file name". And then, you can enter the output file name you want directly in the corresponding place.
Q8: I know that the files downloaded from YouTube should be in FLV format originally. And your program has finished certain conversion job if I select other output formats. Will the original FLV file still be kept? If it is so, how can I find it?
A: Of course they are all saved. Please open "Settings" option in the "Tools" menu. And then in the following dialog-box, you can reach the folder where original FLV is saved by clicking "Open temporary file folder". You can also change the path where to save the temporary FLV file in that dialog-box, too. You can enter the path manually into the corresponding place or you can use the "Browse" button to set where to save the FLV files.
Q9: After the conversion, I click "Play" button to play the video. But I find that the file can not be played properly. For some files, I can only watch the video. For some files, the playback can not be started at all. Why?
A: The player we have offered in the program is only a FLV player. So it can only play the FLV file properly. If you select other output format, the player we offered would not be able to play the file. You need use other correct program to play the output file in this situation.
