Q1: ImTOO CD Ripper can't show my CD(DVD) driver.
What can I do?
A: A. If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you can click "Edit->Settings" menu then click "CD Driver" tab in the "ImTOO CD Ripper configuration" dialog box. Check the button "Use Native NT SCSI Library", then you will see your driver in the list.
